Volunteers Wanted!

Want to be part of the world's largest 24hr mountain bike race? Want to experience the 'Woodstock' of mountain bike racing, a 'Decade of Dirt'. Why not become a volunteer. Volunteers are vital in creating an event that is to be remembered. With your help this year's Australian 24hr will be the best yet! Stromlo Forest Park on the 11th and 12th October will be the place to experience it.

Volunteers are always an important part of the 2008 Australian 24hr Mountain Bike Race. Your support will not only help to deliver successful event but will help to create the memorable experience that the 2008 Australian 24hr Mountain Bike Race offers.

24hrs of Adrenalin Solo Mountain Bike Championships

The agreement between Canberra Off-Road Cyclists and 24hrs of Adrenalin means that there are unlimited qualifying places from both the NZO Australian Solo 24hr MTB Championship (conducted at Easter by CORC )and the Australian 24hr MTB Championships on 13-14 October.

You can check out the detailed rules for qualifying on the 24hrs of Adrenalin website.

Basically, subject to the 24hrs of Adrenalin conditions, you will get a 20% discount on the entry. And, if you do more than 75% of the laps of the winning solo male/female rider, you can enter the Worlds in the Elite male/female class. If you do more than 50%, you can enter the age categories.
