| 1110h | Race Briefing – one member from each team must attend (the briefing will occur from the top of the pavilion, overlooking the transition area) |
| 1130h | Position bikes in Le Mans start area, perpendicular to the track – one team member or the solo rider helper must stay with each bike |
| 1140h | First lap rider move to the start of the 400m run – helmets MUST be worn for the run |
| ~1155h | The runners are released – helpers MUST hold the bikes from behind the barricades |
| ~1200h | The 24hr time starts when the first runner passes through transition…only 24hr hours to go! |
| 1730h | Lights must be fitted to your bike |
| Sunday, 12 October 2008 | 1100h | T+23 hours – Riders can finish the course and still get a valid finishing result |
| 1200h | T+24 hours – Course closes – no more riders are allowed out for laps |
| 1315h | Last rider should be finished by now… |
| 1400h | Results presentation starts (we suggest you pack up before this) |
| Monday, 13 October 2008 | 1400h | Stromlo Forest Park access gate closes – all campers MUST depart before this time |
