Expo Sites & Corporate Packages

All Expo Sites and Corporate Sites include the following:

  • Marquee.
  • Gas heater.
  • Electricity.
  • The ability to place banners at the front of your site (except Corporate Site C).
  • A 3 meters deep strip of vacant space in front of each marquee.

The Corporate Packages

Corporate Packages are made up of 2 components: a Corporate Site, and a Corporate Team Entry.
For example, if you wanted to purchase a Corporate Package comprised of a Corporate Site B and a Corporate Team of 10 riders, the fee would be AUD $4,500 (AUD$3,500 for the site plus AUD $1,000 for the team entry).

Services Tent C

3 Display of Goods means goods or services are viewable to the public, but not for sale.
Grade A and B are located in a highly visible area. Serviced Tents C packages do not allow users to conduct trade or display goods and are not located in a highly visible area for brand exposure.
You do not need to be part of a corporation to purchase a corporate package.

Corporate Teams have 4 team options available. All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

Online Registration

During registration you will need to enter each team separately (if purchasing an option that contains more than one team). The registration system will not allow you to enter the details of more than one team at a time.
